What is raw hair?

Raw hair is 100% unprocessed human hair that is collected from one donor.  It has never been chemically or steamed processed for the texture or color. Raw hair is the purest hair on the market. Each bundle will vary in color and no two bundles will have the same wave/ curl pattern. 

How long will my hair last?

Depending on how the hair is maintained it can last a minimum of 2+ years. 

Can I heat style my bundles? 

Yes, all three texture can be heat styles and will revert back to its original texture once washed.

Can I bleach or color my hair?

Yes, however we ask that you seek professional help to ensure it is done correctly.

Will I experience frizz? 

Depending on the weather or where your located you may experience frizz/ swelling. To help maintain the frizz we recommend using Garnier Fructis anti-frizz serum. This serum will help keep the frizz/swelling to a minimum, but it will not completely get rid of the frizz. 

How long is shipping?

Please allow 7-10 business days for your hair extensions order to be processed and an additional 2-5 business days for shipping via fedex

Glueless wig collection please allow 7-15 business days for your order to be processed and an additional 2-5 business days for shipping. 

If you purchased a ready to ship wig it will ship the next business day

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number

All packages require signature confirmation

International shipping: 7-14 business days for all hair extension orders and an additional 6-10 days business days for shipping. Mane Of Opulence is not responsible for any fees (custom fee or taxes) associated with the package at the time of delivery.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of the product all sales are final. Although we do not offer refunds if you believe the product you received is defective or does not fit your needs, we offer a hassle free exchange policy. Exchanges are only granted for unworn and unaltered items. Exchanges must be requested within 5 business days of receipt.  If you would like to exchange your product or have any questions or concerns email us at support@maneofopulence.com. 

 Terms of exchange

  1. All items must be unworn and unaltered. (Product must be in its original packaging/ zip ties, hair must not be washed, cut, dyed, bleached or altered any any way. Lace product must not be cut, or tinted)
  2. All exchanged must be done within 5 business days of receipt. 
  3. Items can be exchanged for same value or less with no money back. 
  4. Items must be sent back before the new product is sent out.  

 IF A DISPUTE IS SUBMITTED BEFORE CONTACTING MANE OF OPULENCE YOU WILL FORFIT THE ABILITY TO EXCHANGED YOUR ITEM AND MAKE FUTURE PURCHASES.
