Due to the nature of the product all sales are final. Although we do not offer refunds if you believe the product you received is defective or does fit your needs, we offer exchanges. Exchanges are only granted for unworn and unaltered items. Exchanges must be requested within 5 business days of receipt. If you would like to exchange your product or have any questions or concerns email us at support@maneofopulence.com. 

 Terms of exchange

All items must be unworn and unaltered. (Product must be in its original packaging/ zip ties, hair must not be washed, cut, dyed, bleached or altered any any way. Lace product must not be cut, or tinted)

All exchanged must be done within 5 business days of receipt. 

Items can be exchanged for same value or less with no money back. 

Items must be sent back before the new product is sent out.  

Please ensure to get tracking on packages that will be exchanged and include first and last name and order number.

If a dispute is submitted before contacting Mane Of Opulence, you'll forfit the abilty to exchage the producte and make future purchases. We ask that you cotact us if you have any questions or conerns.

Order processing starts the following business day your order was placed. Order modifications are not allowed once orders have started processing.


Please allow 7-14 business days for your raw hair extensions order to be processed and an additional 2-5 business days for shipping.

Please allow 7-21 business days for your Throw on & wig order to be processed and an additional 2-5 business days for shipping.

Ready to wear wigs will ship after the 3 business day payment processing time. Allow 2-5 business days for shipping.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Shipping and billing address must match or else your order will be cancelled and refunded.

Signature confirmation is required for all orders, please ensure your home to sign for your package.
